Momocon On Tour isn't so much of a convention as it is a gathering of the Momocon crowd when there isn't a convention to go to. I've only made it to one Momocon On Tour event, the Roswell Mill Shoot, a more professional cosplay photo-shoot than what can be done just roaming the halls of a convention. The scenery is nicer for example.
